Develop a new design system while migrating from Angular to Vue, addressing inconsistent patterns and establishing accessibility standards.

Led research and planning to establish modern design system best practices. Facilitated workshops on typography selection and tokens. Created documentation and code-friendly token specifications. Contributed to front-end code for accessibility improvements and conducted education sessions for cross-functional teams to build understanding and buy-in.

Established a scalable design system with direct connection to production code, reducing development time and improving consistency. Achieved 100% accessibility scores on key pages while securing enterprise deals through ADA compliance. Typography consolidation alone saved approximately $20K annually in licensing costs.
