Redesign Indiegogo's pre-launch page feature to increase utility and adoption while creating a competitive advantage for the platform.

Contribution

Led comprehensive benchmarking of landing pages created by entrepreneurs outside the platform to identify patterns. Created a modular framework that balanced flexibility with implementation feasibility. Developed a content management approach that accommodated entrepreneur needs within technical constraints.

Impact

Doubled the number of new pre-launch pages created monthly, directly contributing to short-term customer acquisition. Established a strategic foundation and visual framework that supported future iterations, including improved content management and A/B testing capabilities.
